Adaptive Grid eLearning system beta release

The Grid-Ireland Adaptive Grid eLearning system (eLGrid) is now available at http://www.grid.ie/elgrid/

The eLGrid system will provide personalised courses that adapt to the user and to the grid environment. It is hoped that the availability of these courses will help new users to learn about grid technologies and will encourage use of the Grid-Ireland infrastructure. One course is currently available covering the process of obtaining a Grid-Ireland certificate and additional courses on various Grid technologies will follow. This work has been funded by the CosmoGrid consortium and draws on educational materials produced by the EGEE and ICEAGE projects.

The Grid-Ireland website is hosted on cagraidsvr06.cs.tcd.ie in the Department of Computer Science, Trinity College Dublin.
